Quandary is the name of a 14,000 ft. peak in Colorado. It’s also a state of perplexity or uncertainty over what to do in a difficult situation. This Belgian Quadrupel will have you in a quandary once you have a pint.
All of the intensity and complexity in the flavor and aroma will leave you wanting another. Be careful though because this beer is deceptively smooth at a whopping 11% ABV. It has been aging for 3 months to refine the flavors. Dark fruit notes, including dates, figs and plums mingle in with a smooth malty sweetness and a touch of dark sugar comes through before finishing somewhat dry.
This beer is meant to be sipped and savored and we hope you’ll enjoy every last drop.
